Library, Publication Committee

The VVRS-WVA Library and Publication Committee is dedicated to preserving, sharing, and promoting the wealth of Vaishnava literature and resources available within our global community.

The committee’s primary focus is to collect books, photographs, and other valuable materials that are freely accessible to all members. It also indexes the private libraries of members, creating a centralized resource for reference and study.Through the establishment of an online library of Vaishnava literature, the committee ensures that these priceless works are easily available for all Vaishnavas.

The results and findings from the committee’s efforts are communicated efficiently to the members via the internet or upon request. This initiative plays a pivotal role in promoting the study, preservation, and distribution of essential Vaishnava knowledge and wisdom across the globe.

Field of activities:

  • collect books, photos and other material which are free to be used by all members
  • index valuable libraries of members
  • communicate all the results to the members through the Internet or on request.
  • establish Internet library of Vaisnava litherature.

    Other functions and contacts of the Committee:

    Committees can form as many subcommittees as requirred.

    The committees of the WVA-VVRS meet minimum once a year.
    The date for this meeting is one day before the Managing Committee Meeting
    of the WVA-VVRS. This will be two days before the Rama Ekadasi according to
    the lunar Calender.

    The meetings will all take place in Vrindavan in Vamsi Kunja Gopesvara Road 146 the office of the WVA-VVRS at 10 AM. The main comunication to further the interests of the committee will be the comunication on the Internet by the respective Committee members. We hope that gradually that system will become efficient to get some positive development accomplished. Any Vaisnava concerned with the Committee can join it. Later the committe members can form their action group in accordance of time, place and circumstance. Every committee will report their actions and results to the Managing Committee of the WVA-VVRS and also present them on the Homepage.
