Application Form
A formal membership application should collect only information necessary for eligibility review and should make clear who receives the information, how it is used and which body can make a membership decision. A public form must not suggest automatic admission.
Before applying
Review the Association’s mission, independence principles and current constitutional membership rules.
Institutional information
A future approved application process may request the mission’s official name, authorised representative and relevant governance information.
Privacy and consent
Personal details require an appropriate privacy notice, secure handling and consent where applicable.
Review and response
Only a designated human representative and the appropriate governing authority may process and approve formal membership.
