Membership Responsibilities
Cooperation works when participating institutions communicate honestly, respect one another’s autonomy and take responsibility for commitments they voluntarily accept. These principles support trust across different lineages.
Respect independence
Do not attempt to control another mission’s spiritual teachings, leaders or internal affairs.
Communicate accurately
Do not claim endorsements, memberships or joint positions without documented authorisation.
Follow agreed procedures
Use the Association’s established decision-making and communication processes.
Participate responsibly
Make only realistic commitments and report on agreed actions and outcomes.
This is a practical overview of responsible cooperation, not a substitute for formally adopted member duties or constitutional obligations.
