About WVA

Governance and Leadership

Accountable cooperation without interfering in any mission’s independence.

Governance and Leadership

The WVA is a framework for cooperation, not a central spiritual authority over independent Vaisnava missions. Its constitutional decision-making, authorised representatives and membership procedures must be described using current records, not solely historical titles or informal participation.

Institutional independence

Participating missions retain their spiritual leadership, guru–disciple relationships, governance and legal identity.

Authorised decisions

Official institutional statements, partnerships and financial commitments require approval by the appropriate human authority.

Transparent representation

Named officers and organisational affiliations should be published only after their current status and authority have been verified.

Documented accountability

Meeting decisions, approved policies, financial controls and published corrections should have an appropriate record.

The current leadership roster and governing documents require authorised verification before specific names or offices can be represented as official. This page therefore explains principles rather than presenting an unverified officer list.

Support the mission

Participate with full transparency.

Support meaningful cooperation through authorised volunteering, institutional dialogue and properly documented initiatives.
